A balanced diet...

...of salads and donuts. This is my new training regamine. Okay, not really. I'm giving myaself until March 1st to be a total pig-o. I figured giving myself a start date is a good move. I've just really stared my tri training in ernest now. Saturday:run, Sunday: bike, Monday: swim and run, Tuesday: rest, Wednesday:bike, Thursday:swim, Friday: run, Saturday:rest. Good plan, eh? Well so far so good.

Life is busy as is work. I have nothing terribly interesting to share at this moment. If you too are thinking of doing a triathlon for the first time I'd highly recommend The Complete Book of Triathlons. It's a total page turner. For reals.
