I'm doing something I never thought I would do: I am going to attempt 30 Bikram Yoga classes in 30 days. And I am not alone. My studio (or at least the one I go to while living in New England) is hosting the 30 day challenge. So far it looks like about 15 other people have officially signed up to do it, and I am one of them.
I am doing this because:
1. I need some motivation to be active after this nasty winter.
2. Bikram yoga is the most centering and cathartic yoga I have ever practiced.
3. I want to see if I can do it.
It's going to be hard, I'll laugh, I'll cry, I might event through up. But in the end I'll be stronger for it!
